Work From Home Scams

November 23rd, 2008 — 3:14pm

Almost 90% of all the work from home opportunities out there are scams. It is clear to spot one yet we get cheated out of our money because of our psyche. We all so deperately want that secret to getting rich quick so we buy that $100sss a day schemes. Take this for granted and engrave it in your mind. There are NO such jobs out there.
You cannot sit at home, do data entry, typing, form filling, email processing or whatever the website says and make that amount of money doing that sort of a work.
All the ads that you see for filling out simple webforms and earning are bogus. What they are going to tell you to do is post the same kind of ads on search engines, blogs and forums and dupe other people into buying the same magical secret.
Email prosessing is of the same nature. Instead of posting on the web, you will be mailing letters to people and asking them to send money to you in the mail. All work at home scams.

There is a simple checklist for finding out if the job is legit.
The hiring company should have a physical address.
The company should have a phone number where you can contact it.
The company should not have be asking you for a start up cost – in most of the circumstances. This is not true for all home based opportunites and just because a comapny is asking for money does not necessarily make it a scam. But be VERY careful in this case as well. Make sure that you are able to speak to someone at the work place first and they have a proper valid address.
Lastly, all data entry jobs, typing and word proceesing jobs that are promising you 100s of dollars a day are all scams. Think logically. If this were the truth, would anyone be doing anything else?

There are jobs out there which you can do from home. Regular jobs that allow telecommuting and pay like regular jobs. We will keep posting these as and when we find new leads so keep checking back.A good suggestion for working from home is that you start your own business. You do not necessairly have to work on the internet. Think of what you can do. Cook, sew, paint, woorwork, write, sell, tutor, daycare etc. There are a lot of options available to you. Just try and think of what you are good at doing. We wish you all the best. Keep checking back for more updates.

Product Assembling – Scam Or Real?

November 23rd, 2008 — 7:05am

There has been a lot of discussion whether the work of product assembling is indeed a scam. We are perfectly aware ourselves that not all companies are genuine. We have not been able to draw conclusive argument for or against this opinion.
Some people have written in saying that this has worked for them while others have claimed that it has not. A lot of websites now list it in the top ten work from home scams going on around. We think you should be very careful while deciding to work for this enterprise.
Not to say that there are not any genuine craft assembling work out there but because a lot of it is indeed scam. If you have any prior experience or know-how about craft assembling companies, please post your comment here.
What is commonly said is that all these companies are trying to do is sell you their starter kits. When you send in your finished batch of items they are going to reject it for now being up to their standards no matter HOW carefully you have made it. And they will refuse to pay you for it. Or they will accept your first batch and ask you to buy the second starter kit from then and then refuse your work on basis of it being inaccurate.
What i find difficult to understand about this is. If they accept your first product batch and pay you for it in tunes of hundreds of dollars and then they go ahead and reject your second batch of finished items, how have they managed to scam you out of money? Because even if you have bought two starter kits from them the cost of buying those kits is less than what they have paid you for the first one. We have come across a lot of doubt and scepticism regarding craft assembly from home.
We believe there are genuine companies out there but there is no clear information about them.
This is also due to the fact that when people find the real thing that is working for them, they are reluctant to share it with others. Opportunities for working from home are hard to come by so they figure that they are better off keeping the genuine ones a secret. But this does not work in the long run. In the long run you need to have more than one business opportunity working for you.
So share your experiences. Every one benefits from it. All those people who have been scammed by product assembling companies please post your comments here. Good luck to you all.
